For over 11 years, Ellington has assisted with space finding and lease negotiations for several Grant Thornton offices in Ontario. Ellington provides a single point of contact team for Grant Thornton and always strives for consistency as well as providing a proven process, so each office has an enjoyable work environment. Some of the projects Ellington has assisted with include: the sourcing of Grant Thornton’s 40,000 sq ft Toronto office, lease negotiations for various regional offices (i.e., Markham and Mississauga) and community offices (i.e., Port Elgin, Fort Erie and Peterborough). Ellington has also assisted Grant Thornton by providing project management and move management services. Additionally, all the leases that Grant Thornton is party to across Canada are managed on Ellington’s proprietary lease administration platform called Lease Cabinet.
