- Ideally 4 to 5 “traditional” work stations with the ability to house a total of about 7 or 8 people (in additional ledge or table seating) Most of the team already only work in the office a few days each week so only occasionally would everyone be working in the office at the same time
- Common or shared private areas (like offices/small meeting room/phone booth) for private phone calls
- Large meeting room that can house at least 12 people. Ideally, we could partition off this room and turn it into 2 meeting rooms when needed (this might take case of previous point re: private phone calls)
- Small kitchen
- Will consider own suite or shared space with another NFP.
- Open to sharing administration functions and office equipment to reduce costs
